On-Line Talk Abstract Submittal

All speakers are invited by the session chairs, please do not submit a talk abstract if you have not been invited to speak by one of the session chairs.  If you are interested in speaking at SMASH, please contact one of the program chairs. 

All talk abstracts must be submitted using the online forms.  Use the links above to submit a new abstract or edit an existing abstract.  You can make your life easier if you use an off-line program, such as Word, to edit your title, authors, affiliations, and abstract then cut and paste each one into the on-line form as text.  Do not use HTML formatting.  Please use the format shown below, making sure that the presenter is the first author listed.  You can also download a Word template by clicking here.  Please note that when your abstract appears on the web some of the formatting and special characters to do not appear but are still in the document.

Please do not include any structures or drawings in the abstract.

SMASH prefers that talks be presented as PowerPoint^® presentations if possible.  A few weeks prior to the conference we will ask that you upload your presentation to the SMASH web site for setup for display at the conference.  We also ask that you save your presentation with the fonts embedded, here's how for PowerPoint 2000:

• On the File menu, click Save As.
• Click Tools, and then click Embed TrueType Fonts.
