Hotel accomodations and transportation from Geneva Airport to Chamonix are arranged through the Tourism Office and their online booking form. Prices have been negotiated with the hotels and The Chamonix Bus Company for our conference. Please book your hotel through the Tourism Office using the online booking form to ensure you receive the conference rates.

All hotels are located in the town of Chamonix and within walking distance of the Majestic Conference Center and other Points of Interest. You may choose Four or Three Star accomodations.

4 Star Hotels include the Morgane, Grande Hotel Des Alpes, and the Hameau Albert Ier.

3 Star Hotels include the Alpina, Prieure, Park Hotel Suisse, and Les Aiglons.

Transportation and Access Options

Transfers have been arranged for SMASH attendees on September 17th & 18th.

Saturday Sept 17th: 2pm and 5:30 pm (<-new!)
Sunday Sept 18th: 11am and 4pm
